How to Apply Your LA-BEK Semi-Cured Gel Nails: Follow our simple instructions below for easy application or watch out application video.
IMPORTANT: Protect from UV Light: Keep unused nail strips covered with the black protective cover during application to prevent exposure to UV light. Avoid applying near direct sunlight or windows.
 ONE: Prep Your Nails
Start with clean, dry nails. Clean nails with an alcohol wipe, nail polish remover or Isocol. Wash hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Lightly buff the nail surface and push back cuticles for better adhesion.
TWO: Choose the Right Size
Select a slightly smaller strip rather than one that overlaps onto your skin or cuticle—this ensures a strong seal and longer wear.
THREE: Peel & Apply
Carefully peel the strip from the backing, avoiding contact with dust or oil. Place the strip near the base of your nail (not on the cuticle) and gently stretch if needed for a perfect fit. Press it down firmly from base to tip.
FOUR: Seal the Edges
Use the provided wooden stick to gently press down the edges, ensuring a strong seal along the sides. This prevents lifting and increases wear time.
FIVE: Trim & File
Fold the excess strip over the tip of your nail, then use a **nail file in a downward motion** to remove the extra length. Filing in one direction helps create the best finish.
SIX: Cure Under the UV Lamp
Place your nails under a UV lamp and press the top to activate. Cure for 60-120 seconds for a firm, glossy finish.
SEVEN: Enjoy Your Nails!
For best results, keep your hands dry for at least 2 hours after application. If any strip gets damaged, you can easily replace it with a spare from your set.
What not to do.
- Do not apply LA-BEK nail wraps over wet or damp nails, this can lead to bacteria growing under the wrap.
- Do not leave your unused nails exposed to light, keep them in the black cover in a cool dark place.

How to Remove Your LA-BEK Semi-Cured Gel Nails (The Right Way!)
To keep your natural nails healthy and damage-free, follow these easy removal steps:
ONE: Lift the Edge Gently
Use the supplied wooden stick to gently lift the edge of the nail strip. Avoid pulling it off forcefully—this can damage your natural nail.
TWO: Apply Cuticle Oil or Remover
Dip a cotton bud into cuticle oil, coconut oil, or nail polish remover, and slide it under the lifted edge. Continue working it around the nail, letting the oil or remover dissolve the adhesive.
THREE: Work Slowly & Add More Oil if Needed
Keep adding oil or remover as you go—patience is key! Use the wooden stick to gently ease the nail strip off without forcing it.
FOUR: Clean Your Nails
Once the strip is fully removed, wipe your nails with a cotton pad soaked in nail polish remover to eliminate any remaining residue.
FIVE: Wash & Moisturise
Wash your hands with soap and water to remove any leftover oil or remover. If you’re reapplying a new set, ensure your nails are completely dry before starting. Otherwise, nourish your nails with cuticle oil or a balm to keep them strong and hydrated.
What not to do.
- Do not leave your nail wraps on for too long, although they are designed for longevity we recommend changing your wraps every 2 weeks.
- Do not pull your wraps off your nail without first applying cuticle oil, be gentle and slowly work the wooden tool under the wrap, avoiding pulling upwards and damaging the natural nail.
