Plenty of them wear a little bow at the neck. In between you will find plaid stars, tiny bows, silver stars, \"nice\" label patches and a \"wish you happy every day\" strip for an accent nail. The warm tartans make this a natural for autumn and winter, and the reds carry straight through to Christmas. Seal with Gloss Top Coat or Matte Top Coat and cure for 60 seconds.
