Standard Parcel Australia Post (orders under $25)

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location, using Australia Post’s pricing.
  • Tracking: Includes tracking for peace of mind.

Express Post (Australia Post)

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location, using Australia Post’s pricing.
  • Delivery Window: The fastest option. Delivery times depend on Australia Post’s network.

  • Delivery times for all options are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak periods.

What to Do If Your Order Is Marked as Delivered but Not Received:

If your package is marked as delivered by Australia Post or any other carrier, but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Around Your Delivery Location:
    Occasionally, packages may be left in unexpected places, such as behind a plant, under a doormat, or with a neighbour. Be sure to check around your property.
  2. Contact Us:
    If you still cannot locate your package, reach out to us at hello@la-bek.com.au with your order number and tracking details. We will assist you in contacting the carrier for further information, such as photos or details of where the package was left.
  3. Incorrect Address:
    Please double-check that the shipping address you provided during checkout is correct. If an error was made, and the package is returned to us, we will gladly resend it to the correct address, but additional shipping charges may apply.
  4. Replacement or Refunds:
    While we strive to ensure a smooth delivery process, as a small business, we are unable to offer automatic replacements or refunds for items marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to work with you and the shipping provider to resolve any issues.

Returns Policy:

At La-Bek, we take great care to ensure the quality of our semi-cured gel nails. Due to the light- and temperature-sensitive nature of these products, we do not accept returns or change-of-mind exchanges once an order has left our premises.

Incorrect or Faulty Items
If an incorrect item is sent, we will promptly ship the correct item to you.
