    Delivery Window: Sendle delivery times vary by state and location. Below are average time frames only. For faster delivery, we recommend selecting Australia Post Standard or Express shipping at checkout, which provides more reliable timeframes.
  • VIC: 2–8 working days
  • NSW: 3–9 working days
  • QLD: 4–13 working days
  • SA: 7–15 working days
  • WA: 8–17 working days
  • ACT: 4–6 working days

What to Do If Your Order Is Marked as Delivered but Not Received:

If your package is marked as delivered by Australia Post or any other carrier, but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

    Occasionally, packages may be left in unexpected places, such as behind a plant, under a doormat, or with a neighbour. Be sure to check around your property.

  2. Contact Us:

  3. Incorrect Address:
    Please double-check that the shipping address you provided during checkout is correct. If an error was made, and the package is returned to us, we will gladly resend it to the correct address, but additional shipping charges may apply.

  4. Replacement or Refunds:
    While we strive to ensure a smooth delivery process, as a small business, we are unable to offer automatic replacements or refunds for items marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to work with you and the shipping provider to resolve any issues.

Returns Policy:

  1. Returns Eligibility: We accept returns on unused and unopened nail sets within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on nail sets that have been opened or used due to hygiene reasons.
