Let your friends know what you’ve been loving. A quick share = easy points.

Points Expiry
Points are valid for 365 days from when they’re earned. You’ll get a friendly email reminder 30 days before they expire.
So don’t wait too long to treat yourself!

What can I recycle to earn points?

We cannot accept used nail strips (sorry!).
How do referrals work?
Share your unique referral link (found in your account). When your friend makes their first purchase, you’ll both get 100 points!
Do I earn points on past orders?
The Frequent Filers program launched on 1st June 2024, so points begin accumulating from that date forward. Orders placed before the launch aren’t eligible for points, as the program didn’t exist yet — thanks for your understanding!
You’ll earn points on all future orders, plus there are lots of other ways to earn (like referrals, reviews, and more!).
How do I redeem my points?
Once you’ve earned at least 100 points, you can redeem them at checkout for $5 off. Rewards are issued as coupons and are valid for 30 days.
Here’s how to do it:
• Log into your account on our website here
• Click on Points & Rewards
• There you will see your balance and the option to redeem under My Rewards
• This will generate a coupon code for you
Then at checkout:
• Enter that code into the coupon field and click apply
• Your discount will come off your order total
Alternatively if you are logged in and proceed to checkout you will see a message at the top of the page telling you how many points you have and asking you if you want to redeem them for a coupon, you then enter that code into the coupon field and click apply.
Do points expire?
Yes—points expire 365 days after you earn them. But don’t worry, we’ll send you a reminder 30 days before they disappear ????
Do I need an account to earn points?
Yes—you’ll need a La-Bek account to start earning and tracking points. It’s free to join, and you’ll get 50 points just for signing up!
Can I use rewards with other discounts?
No, rewards can’t be combined with other discount codes.
