No. When applied and removed correctly, both ranges are gentle on natural nails.

The key is proper removal. Never peel them off. Instead, use our Cuticle Oil Pen or non-acetone remover to gently loosen the adhesive.

Never rip or peel your nails off.

1. Apply cuticle oil around the edges.
2. Gently lift a small corner using a wooden stick.
3. Add more oil underneath the strip.
4. Slowly work your way across the nail.
5. Reapply oil whenever you feel resistance.

Finish with Cuticle Oil or Cuticle Balm to keep nails nourished and hydrated.

Absolutely. Many of our customers start with short, damaged or bitten nails. Simply trim the strips to fit your nail shape and follow the standard application process.

For the best adhesion, avoid water, steam and excessive moisture for at least 2–3 hours after application.
