Start with clean, dry nails for the best hold.

• Clean nails with an alcohol wipe or nail polish remover
• Wash and dry hands thoroughly
• Lightly buff the nail surface to remove shine
• Gently push back cuticles with supplied wooden stick

Tip: Make sure nails and hands are completely dry and oil free before applying — moisture can affect adhesion.

Choose the wrap that best fits each nail.

• If you’re between sizes, always go slightly smaller
• You can gently stretch the wrap side-to-side for a more customised fit

A good fit helps prevent lifting and keeps edges neat. If they aren't stretching give them a little warm in the sun or in your hands.

A little warmth makes a big difference to how well your wraps bond.

• Hold each wrap (clear cover still on) between your palms for 10–15 seconds before applying
• Or give it a quick 2–3 second blast with a hair dryer on a low, warm setting
• Peel the clear cover off straight away and apply while it's still warm
• If you're doing a full set, warm each wrap individually just before you apply it rather than all at once

Tip: Warming activates the adhesive for a stronger bond and makes the wrap more flexible, so it moulds to your nail shape more easily.

Keep the adhesive side clean for the best bond.

• When removing your wrap from the sheet, use the supplied wooden stick to lift it rather than your fingers
• Avoid touching the back of the wrap as natural oils from your skin can affect adhesion

Tip: The cleaner the adhesive, the stronger the bond.

Peel the wrap from the backing and position it just below the cuticle, not on the skin.

• Align carefully before pressing down
• Avoid touching cuticles or surrounding skin

This gives a clean, salon-style finish and helps the wrap last longer.

Press the wrap firmly onto the nail, starting from the centre and smoothing outwards.

• Use the flat end of the wooden stick to gently roll along the edges or our precision nail tweezers.
• This helps seal the wrap without leaving dents or marks

Take your time here, good sealing = longer wear.

Trim any excess wrap so it sits flush with the edge of your nail.

• Starting at the sides, use nail scissors or nail clippers to trim as close to your natural nail edge as possible
• Work slowly, small snips give you more control than one big cut
• The wrap should sit flush with your nail tip, not hang over the edge
• Once trimmed, press the wrap down firmly again, paying extra attention to the tip and sides to seal it in place

Tip: Folding the excess over the tip lightly before trimming can help you see exactly where to cut.

Filing seals the edge and helps prevent lifting or peeling.

• Hold your file vertically underneath the free edge
• Hold your file at a 90° angle underneath the free edge and file downward in one direction only.
• Use light, short strokes until the edge feels smooth and flush
• Run your finger over the tip to check there are no rough or raised edges
• Avoid getting hands wet or applying oils for at least 2 hours after application to let the adhesive fully set

Once filed, your nails should feel smooth and secure, and you're ready for up to 14 days of wear.

Soak your nails in warm water for a few minutes, then apply cuticle oil (or a few drops of any nourishing oil) around the edges.

Using the wooden stick, gently lift the edge of the wrap.

• Ease the wrap off gradually
