Loyalty Program (Frequent Filers Club)
- We may change or end the rewards program at any time. If we do, we'll let members know by email.
- Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for anything other than approved reward redemptions.
- Points and rewards may not be applied retroactively to past orders.
- Coupons redeemed via points cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in forfeiture of points and program removal.
Points and reward expiry
We want your points to be worth something, so we keep the program active and tidy. Here's how expiry works.
- Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Any activity resets the clock, so earning points on an order or redeeming them for a reward starts your 12 months again from that day.
- If you have points already, your 12 months runs from your most recent activity or from the day expiry was introduced, whichever is later. Nothing disappears without that full 12 months passing first.
- We'll email you 30 days before your points are due to expire, and again 3 days before, so you have plenty of notice.
- When you redeem points for a reward, the discount code you receive is valid for 30 days from the day it is issued.
- Referral rewards are valid for 60 days from the day they are issued.
- Points and rewards remain non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for anything other than approved reward redemptions.
- Rewards that aren't used before their expiry date can't be reinstated, so pop the code in when you're ready to shop.

Transfer of Number
