At La-Bek, we take great care to ensure the quality of our semi-cured gel nails. Due to the light- and temperature-sensitive nature of these products, we do not accept returns or change-of-mind exchanges once an order has left our premises.

La-Bek does not accept returns for change of mind.

Incorrect or Faulty Items
If an incorrect item is sent, we will promptly ship the correct item to you.

Return Cost
Because items are not returned to us:

  • No return shipping costs apply, and
  • La-Bek covers the cost of sending the correct replacement item (when applicable).

2. Replacement Set if Needed

If after troubleshooting your mani still isn’t right, we’ll replace the set with something we know will work better for you — free of charge.

(Replacement includes the nail set. Shipping method may vary depending on the situation.)

What Isn’t Covered?

  • sets damaged through misuse (e.g., using strips as extensions)
  • wear-and-tear from activities known to damage nails (heavy lifting, chemicals without gloves, etc.)
  • changes of mind on colours after application
