Refund & Returns Policy

At LA-BEK, we take great care to ensure every order leaves us in perfect condition. Due to the light- and temperature-sensitive nature of our gel nail products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.

Return Eligibility

While returns are not normally accepted, we understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. In these cases, please contact our customer care team and we will assess your request on a case-by-case basis.

Where a return is approved:

  • Items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition.
  • Return requests should be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
  • Once the returned items have been received and inspected, we may offer either a refund to your original payment method or store credit, depending on the circumstances of the return.
  • Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where a replacement or refund is approved due to our error or a product fault:

  • LA-BEK will cover the cost of the replacement shipment.
  • We may request photos of the item to help us assess the issue.
  • In most cases, a return of the faulty item is not required.

  • Damage caused by excessive wear, chemicals or heavy manual work without appropriate protection
